So, if you aren’t stoked with your purchase or we can’t resolve an issue you’ve got with it, we’ll give you a complete refund within 15 days of purchase.
- We won’t give you a refund due to technical issues if you don’t let us try and help you. If we can’t resolve the issue, you’ll get a refund. Contact us if you’ve got a technical product with the plugin or think you’ve found a bug. We aren’t responsible and cannot help you with issues related to your server, the WordPress core or your theme – we can only support our plugin.
- Refunds may only be issued within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days no refunds can be processed.
